If it is not replaced in time, it will accelerate the wear and tear of parts, affect the service life, and even cause safety accidents. Therefore, it is especially important to check whether the lubricating oil has deteriorated and replaced in time. Several simple identification methods are introduced as follows:
1) Oil flow observation method: take two measuring cups, one of which is filled with vacuum pump oil to be inspected, the other is placed on the table, and the measuring cup filled with vacuum pump oil is lifted off the table 30-40 cm and tilted to allow the vacuum pump The oil slowly flows into the empty cup and observes the flow. The vacuum pump oil with good quality should be slender, even and continuous. If there is a sudden flow of oil, sometimes there is a large flow, then the vacuum pump The oil has deteriorated.

2) Hand rubbing method: the vacuum pump oil is rubbed repeatedly between the thumb and the index finger. The better vacuum pump oil hand feels lubricity, less wear debris, no friction, if you feel the friction between the fingers and the like Sense, it means that there are many impurities in the vacuum pump oil, can not be used again, should replace the vacuum pump oil.

3) Illumination method: On a clear day, use a tool to pry the vacuum pump oil at a 45-degree angle to the horizontal plane. In view of the sunlight, observe the oil droplets. Under the light, it can be clearly seen that there is no wear debris in the vacuum pump oil, which can continue to work. If there is too much wear debris, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced.

4) Oil droplet trace method: Take a clean white filter paper, and drop a few drops of oil on the filter paper. After the vacuum pump oil leaks, if there is black powder on the surface, touch the hand with a feeling of resistance, then the vacuum pump oil There are a lot of impurities inside. The good vacuum pump oil has no powder, and it is dry and smooth by hand, and it has yellow marks.
