This is due to the use of a mixed collector, the speed of the chemical layer adsorbed by the mineral surface is relatively fast, and the rate of attachment of the ore particles to the bubbles is accelerated. In addition, the synergistic effects of the agents also play a role. The proportion of the drug mixture should be determined by experimentation.

2. Insufficient or excessive dosage of the agent will affect the beneficiation index. If the dosage is too large, the production cost will also increase. The amount of flotation agent should be just right.

3. Formulation concentration The flotation plant generally dilutes the agent into a liquid for easy addition. For a drug that is easily soluble in water and used in a large amount, it can be formulated into a large concentration, and can generally be formulated to a concentration of 10 to 20%. However, when the dosage is small or the water solubility is poor, the concentration of the preparation may be lower, and the concentration is usually 1 to 5%. The agent which is hardly soluble in water can be dissolved by means of an organic solvent and then formulated into a low concentration solution.

Conversely, for those agents that are easily removed by the foam and that are easily broken by the action of fine mud and soluble salts, they should be added in stages.
